A call-out to the #wethecitizens community with a question!

Sorry for the multiple emails today (it won’t happen all the time, I promise)! But people have been getting back to me about refining the primer and pointing out areas of uncertainty — thank you!

One thing I’ve been unable to confirm: will people like Senior Ministers of State be able to exercise the powers in the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Bill? It’s been mentioned that Senior Ministers of State don’t have the same powers generally as Ministers, but this Bill refers to “any Minister”. So can or can they not exercise the powers?

If anyone knows the answer, please let me know! Otherwise I’ll just have to add it to the list of things that are still unclear for now… 😫 (In the meantime, I’ve taken out the reference to Heng Chee How in the primer.)

Help, team!

Book update: I sent it innnnn (again)

I was going to write this as an email to Milo Peng Funders that won't get published on the We, The Citizens website, but decided that since the previous book updates got published I might as well continue so that everything's neat. Perhaps one day we will all look back
